      It had very broad opportunity and was an exciting and dynamic company in the early years, its growth has slowed substantially recently.

      Cons

      The company lost its direction and the market changed a lot around it and consequently the opportunities there have diminished.

      The people are all smart, and the culture is so laidback. I like going to work and there are often fun work events and exciting product developments

      Cons

      Other people are not so enthusiastic, so morale can be kind of low sometimes. Also, the consumers' perception of the company has a negative effect on the overall attitude of most employees
