Pros

the food and campus was pretty good and so were some of the people I met

Cons

They lie about how you get to use all of the things on campus when you get there, but after awhile they mess with you schedule to where you will not have any time to use anything there but the bathroom.

Pros

Bowling alley nice campus is cool to look at, you will hardly use the amenities because all you will do is sales. Food is nice and cheap, people you work with are cool.....thats about it

Cons

everything is smoke and mirrors. If you want to actually be something in life, use RV for the money and RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNN

Pros

Fast paced but fun environment. The training is extensive but that's obviously a good thing. They really invest in their employees. The new hire bonus helps get a somewhat decent paycheck till the commision checks start coming in. I was very hesitant to take the job bc of all of the negative reviews but from what I have seened a lot of ppl are not cut out for this job. FYI a lot of people don't care about their jobs and have 0 work ethic. I saw people complaining about leaving 1 minute after there shift ended. This is not a 9-5 job and your really going to have to work for the pay check you want. Keep in mind what you want might not be what the company needs...they might not want to keep you around if your only producing a small amount of sales just to get by. As my workforce manager said, that's a 40 dollar an hour chair....you are there for one reason only and thats to make a sale...so just do your job and in all honesty it's not that hard...no one is cold calling. People are calling bc they are genuinely interested in the product. Learn the product and the script, get confident and your gold. And always remember to treat this as your business.

Cons

Not for everyone...can be long hours and late or nights.
