Pros

The pros are unlimited coffee, casual dress code, and, nice people and sometimes decent music in the background, plus an hourly pay rate.

Cons

Be prepared to be a slave. You will be in the building at least 9 hours a day and most of the time your hour lunch will get cut in half due to `forecasted heavy call volume.` Overtime may be forced upon you too. Be prepared to ask to go to the bathroom, and pray you don't have any family emergencies, child care issues, or get sick. If you end up having to use your pas for true emergencies and then get sick yourself, either come to work with the flu or get back in the.unemployment line. The business is very money driven and be prepared to be under pressure to meet your numbers...uncontrollable calls like hang ups, wrong numbers, etc will hurt your pockets and land you on the path to getting on a performance improvement plan, which is a nice way of saying to better or they will show you the door. Your manager will always say he has coachings for you, but can't pull you for them because workforce won't allow it. So either learn how to sell by trial and error or start putting your resume out elsewhere!

Stressful Job

Pros

Bowling, decent food, new buildings, lots of parking space, cafeterias, gym. Decent pay when you're placed on the right queue, you get better leads.

Cons

Favoritism, they want you to sell a certain way even if what you do works. Pay changes constantly (half the people don't know how they're getting paid), you're taxed 44% on commission, expensive benefits, bad leads, calls count against you even if it's a wrong number or customer hung up. It takes 3 to 4 good days to make up for a bad one (sales). Mandatory overtime when they feel like it's needed...the list goes on

Pros

Great money to be made! I was a top agent making 5000 a month on commission

Cons

Management there sucks ! All though I do respect a few the reason I got fired is because I needed help on a call and what my manager told me to do was wrong and I was fired !!! When I try to fight it they told me it's his word against mine and when I brought legal matters , my Laywer they lied and said the manager was never working that day when I kno he was since he works every Saturday!!!!
