Pros

Really supportive team and upper level management. Ability to set my own schedule is AWESOME. Great company. The technical side is incredibly helpful - amazing app and website for employees.

Cons

Sometimes as an AA you feel a bit disconnected from the team. Also, when working with the same clients week in and week out you get attached to their stories and search, yet as an AA when they go under contract you are left out of the equation. There should be bonuses for AA's who spend a ton of time with specific clients. Sometimes I feel underappreciated.

Pros

Flexible schedule (for the Associate Agents) - this is a really great perk to have in real estate.

Cons

Too many to name - unappreciated, often belittled, constant feeling of fear. If you voice your concerns be prepared to lose your job. Redfin over hires Associate Agents so that the full time agents give them 40+ hours per week and only eek out a living. This position should be treated as a hobby - not a career. This is too bad because there are a lot of really great, hard working agents.
