Pros

Free parking near the office. The office itself was fine. Werewolf coffee on the first floor was great. Good place to get your feet wet then graduate. Bet on yourself!

Cons

Redwood is cheap. They continually cut costs to save their bottom line. Office is basically empty after so many people leaving the company. They tell clients visiting the office it’s because people are working from home (they’re not). They took away remote work a couple years ago and changed to 4 days in office per week. They are well behind the bell curve in terms of industry pay. If you have to think about it then you likely will be paid more elsewhere or are currently being underpaid. Benefits are bad and they just cut back on health care and it’s also more expensive now. Redwood rarely gives back to their employees or provides much appreciation or recognition in actual meaningful ways. Management is highly politicized in recent years; more so who can they control more than who’s actually capable or the brightest. And the nepotism is unheard of. Those who don’t get promoted are expected to be okay with complacency/horizontal growth into other business units. The sales teams are awful and the decline of the company/culture shows it; they just don’t turn a profit & customers go elsewhere for better service. They’re obsessed with becoming a 1B company though. They cast a wide in hopes of catching anything. Oh and better not get caught using your phone not calling a dispatcher or they’ll hold it against you. Meanwhile senior management hide out in the bathrooms daily.
