Pros

Your last day will be your best day!

Cons

Micromanagement, outsourced jobs, low pay, shady business practices, too many managers, no structure, high insurance, horrible benefits, constant changes, overworked, favoritism, many many more. Management will be the downfall of Dreadwood Logistics. When I was still there the company was already losing money and severely cutting costs by pushing their USA employees out the door. They would overwork you like a mule then write you up when you can’t keep up with the workload of three people. They were hiring people from other countries and have you train them before giving you the axe (if you were full time WFH this was expedited). If you want to experience what it feels like to be a modern day slave then work for this company. I worked from home full time and my mental health was declining faster than Joe Biden’s so that should speak VOLUMES in itself. I’m appreciative they gave me an opportunity and got my foot in the door when it came to logistics but the training was horrible/non existent so it’s definitely either sink or swim. Overall, this company was by far one of the worst I’ve ever worked for so my last day actually brought me more joy than anguish. Check out the other reviews on this company on here and Google.

Pros

They do technically offer health insurance.

Cons

The health insurance premiums doubled this year for severely worse level of coverage. They left us with one mediocre $2,000 PPO plan that is exorbitantly expensive for the level of coverage, forcing employees to choose the HSA that's basically like having no insurance at all! On top of that, they recently announced they're going to make employees accrue PTO, which is a scam so that employees can't take vacations in the first half of the year. So long spring break with the kids! Finally, the maternity leave at this company is bordering on sexist. 3 weeks for the mother and father! Really goes to show that despite the "Women in Logistics" events this company promotes, the actual company policies do nothing in the way of supporting women and actively discourages mothers from working for this logistics company. Really disappointing!! PS - the 401k match is a joke. Doesnt mean anything unless you're at the company for like 10 years. Crazy!
