      Pros

      Awesome atmosphere, great co-workers, a lot of work to be done and the works isn't just busy work. The work everyone does is extremely important. I was part time so I can't speculate with benefits. Company is growing very fast and it's exciting to be apart of. Upper management is very open with communicating with you and being apart of the work environment.

      Cons

      Pay might be a little low but I think that's based on where you work in the company and the industry itself.

      Pros

      Great sales experience and you can really be on the ground floor of an up and coming brand name in the logistics industry. Besides that, it is a great company with an atmosphere you can't find anywhere else.

      Cons

      Hours are always an issue in the industry. Logistics is not for everyone.

      Pros

      I had a great time working at Redwood, the parties are fun and it's a work hard, play hard kind of shop. The coworkers are very friendly

      Cons

      To be successful at Redwood Logistics, you must either be a very attractive female; or you must be a brown noser. I worked there for 3 years, I have seen many employees get fired unexpectedly, even the week before Christmas
