Pros

Office culture, compensation, people are great. I like coming into work. They're pretty chill and i dont have to worry about counting down the minutes. They keep me busy and as long as i do my job i get out at a reasonable time.

Cons

personal growth. i'm not pushed to challenge myself or to go beyond what is expected. as long as i do my job, seems like they won't expect more. need to set goals in order to excel but this is not required like at my old job.

Excellent salary structure, beautiful office location, great benefits...

Cons

With the departure of the founding, top executive leadership to the current leadership, the culture transitioned from a fairly transparent, somewhat flat organizational structure to an opaque, rigidly hierarchical good-old-boy system.

Pros

It is refreshing this day in age to find a company who understands employees on a very real level. I am excited to have a career with this company and not be in concerned about where I will be 5 years from now!

Cons

No actual "cons" but I am always looking forward to the coming years and hope the smartest decisions are made for the longevity of the company.
