Fast-paced environment may not be the best fit for those looking for a slower or more laid back pace High expectations for accountability and contribution at every level of the company Leadership is very hands-on, and employees at all levels, including management are expected to step in and help wherever needed. So if you're looking for a management role that doesn't require you to 'do the work' this isn't for you The environment rewards initiative and adaptability, which can be challenging for those who prefer narrowly defined roles

People who show up prepared and solution-oriented get access and trust quickly. - Brand transforming: moving from superficial signals to genuine relationships and quality. That shift shows up in product priorities, compliance reviews, and how we interact with customers. - Managers and employees are becoming more accountable. It’s not perfect, but it’s improving quarter by quarter.

Cons

- Pace and feedback can feel intense. If direct, data-based feedback reads as “harsh” to you, this may feel “toxic.” The bar is high and priorities can change quickly. - Change management still needs work: processes evolve fast; not everything is fully documented. You have to be self-directed. - Not for politics or theatrics. Low-drama, outcome-first people thrive; others won’t love it.
