      Pros

      -Friendly environment -Good compensation (salary + bonus) -The company provides great assistance to further your career -They aren't cheap with resources -Relaxed dress code -Good overall morale and culture is growing

      Cons

      -Segregation between teams and lack of communication -Theres a weird feeling sometimes that upper management tries to make people "battle it out" and compete with each other when we should be working together. -Office politics (but this is everywhere?)

      Pros

      This is a place where the company really cares about its employees, every employees is valued and gets opportunities in their fields that are unparalleled. The experience I have gained at this job in just a few years, I wouldn't get anywhere else. This is a very young company, most employees are under 35. Every one is driven, creative and a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      A lot of restructuring has happened in the past year, it has been a little rough but the changes the company have made are for the better. We seem to be in a very good place now and are expected to have a banner year in terms of growth.
