As a publicist, rarely are you afforded a personal life. The demands of the job require you to constantly be 'plugged in'; always looking at your email, coordinating an interview, hunting down a producer, etc. While it can be a rewarding career, the stress is sometimes unbearable. At Reflex, however, my stress level has diminished immeasurably. I'm still responsible for all the above mentioned duties, but this PR team takes the quality vs. quantity approach. The more in-depth your pitch is, the better. If it takes a little longer to craft, that's okay. We're telling stories, not creating daily breaking news. Additionally, the CEO and executives are regularly available for project collaborations and are always open to new ideas. If you want to create something or have a major impact within a company, Reflex is a great place to start.
