The owner seems to be a sweetheart

Cons

Staff is OVERWORKED, lack of energy and assistance even when requested. The entire team seems unhappy and lacks any enthusiasm. Management expects you to read their mind and does not take the time to assist you in your adaption to the organization or growth within your role. Condescending & do not respect adjustment time for new hires. They teach to say they've "done it", rather than ensuring that you understand the task at hand. You are treated as someone who can be replaced vs. a valued member of the team. Onboarding is a simple document, no hands-on training.

Benefits are reasonable, better than most places.

Cons

Too many to list, but the biggest is that the Founder/CEO is a raging, self-absorbed moron; more of a high-functioning toddler than a grown human being.

This company was billing people 3 times a month for their "Seeking" accounts. I told them i would not do that. Charging a guy $300 a month who is looking for a date is pure evil.
