Pros

Meet a lot of people, picking up trash and basic cleaning was easy. Management sometimes would be flexible with hours.

Cons

You are on your feet a lot, especially doing a lot of walking. When throwing out the trash you will get liquids and smelling at the end of your shift.

Unsupportive, Unqualified Management

Pros

The pros are that if you want to make a little extra dough for a summer job or time off of school this is a place where you can accomplish that.

Cons

You will have to bust your butt around the clock, working manually with an unsupportive, unqualified and just generally lazy management. They expect you to bust your hump for 8-10 hour shifts without so much as taking a breather. In any other manual labor job the management would understand if you had to rest your legs or catch your breath, but not at Regal. They are hurting their own productivity at that point since a two-three minute rest would elicit another 30 minutes of activity, but instead they just grind you down while they just twiddle their thumbs in their back office.

Pros

Free Movies- I love movies so this was a great benefit to have because I got to bring my family and friends with me for free. Flexible scheduling- They work around your schedule and time-off requests Easy for highschoolers first job Employee of the month reward is twenty-five bucks, I got it seven times as an employee before I got promoted to Associate manager after three and a half years of working there.

Cons

Terrible pay for how hard you work No one knows what team-work is and expects you to do it all-Very lazy staff You don't get raises/evaluations unless you ask the GM over and over and over again for months. Some people wouldn't get raises after being there for almost two years and when they finally do its like fifteen or twenty five cents, never more even if you're the best employee Staff is not appreciated by Regal whatsoever No-one would stock, they would wait until everything is completely gone and I would have to run upstairs after a customer ordered it.
