Pros

Free movie tickets and popcorn

Cons

If you take your job seriously you wont be taken seriously. The raise from a sales associate to a supervisor was only a .15 increase.

Pros

Depending on the size of your theater this job can be fairly decent. Larger theaters tend to have bigger and social staffs free movies are a perk but over time don't seem as exciting decent part time job for the person developing their career and education

Cons

management quality and can vary; micromanaging at times heavy weight placed upon up selling / retail up selling to larger lines of people can create conflict of interest when they're in a rush to see their movies. no outside food policies create conflicts

Free Movie Tickets is the best perk of all. being able to go to every movie on a whim and take your family is an awesome experience.

Cons

Slave Drivers, They hold the fact that there are not many jobs available over your head proudly.
