Very low pay for what is expected from their employees. Very out-of-touch upper management that expects their employees to work six days a week, while they're on the golf course and college football games on Fridays and Saturdays.

Low salaries with low pay increases. Negotiate high before you come onboard. Not a great work life balance, so much demand for little pay. Not much room for promotion or growth due to politics.
