Pros

Not many. Only good thing was the experience gained, it definitely helped me to grow a thicker skin.. The benefits weren't too bad.

Cons

They are going in a very bad direction that is not good for the customers or employees. We were never fully staffed, some days we didn't get lunch breaks, often left alone in the lobby, pe goals need to get adjusted by location, training program was awful, and management us absolutely clueless, the products offered sucked, underwriters turndown good loans etc...Very unorganized company, I did not enjoy my time there at all.

Pros

bankers hours are pretty nice, payout if you meet your sales goal, friendly co-workers (usually), other good incentives to get paid days off and bonuses.

Cons

Always short staffed, no float team, managers dont really know how to be on a teller line even though they are trained to do so in case it is needed.
