      Pros

      Fantastic employees! Never have I worked with such a large group of people and gotten along with all of them before! They hire in some talented people. Lots of focus on being a team player.

      Cons

      Pay raises are ridiculously small and managers are instructed not to give good reviews to justify this. Not enough pay when offered promotions. (Offered $1000 extra per YEAR to take on a job with much more responsibility, stress and headaches. Tuppence!) Random customer reviews play too large a role.

      Pros

      Most people I encountered were great to work with. The hours are good and there are ample opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      The salary is on the low side and having to work one Saturday out of the month is a little annoying. Also, I'm not sure if every branch does this, but the weekly meetings drag on far too long and really intrude on your personal time. I also didn't like the sales quota system for referrals and new accounts.
