      Great chance to work for a company that appreciated its associates.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance. It was an inside joke that you had to move to the competition in order to warrant a raise. Our sales generation software provided little aid.

      Abilities are rewarded. Promotions available for those who are willing to work for it. Great co-workers - I really enjoyed it. Great experience and a good way to build up resume.

      Cons

      Stressful environment, can sometimes feel like support is lacking. Could be better about communicating expectations to workforce. Management could do a better job at setting the company direction.
