Pros

Great people. Good opportunities. Pretty good benefits. Excellent location in the beautiful heart of the southern United States.

Cons

Large corporation is always a place where some people get lost in the shuffle. Merger, TARP, and negative focus from current Washington administration have made things challenging the last three to four years.

Pros

Overall I would say the pay is very competitive in comparison to other financial institutions in this area. Management will do a great job in pushing you to your potential. They want you to succeed because it is a great reflection on them.

Cons

Sometimes it can seem that the incentive goal is just out of reach. Every quarter the goal is higher and harder to achieve.

Pros

Having pretty much every holiday off is pretty sweet, and they also offer a lot of vacation time as well.

Cons

Sometimes you have limited help which makes it difficult to complete all of your work. Customers are some times rude.
