Pros

steady income there not very many pros to report about working for regions bank other than having a steady income.

Cons

-management style is horrible -the focus is on production only -extreme lack of communication -policies and procedures change monthly. you are expected to comply but the changes are not communicated to you in a timely fashion. -the supervisors are poorly trained. They can't answer employee questions and in effect employees are less able to assist customers. -employees are expected to work new on new mainframe systems without training -you are treated like a slave -you are expected to be superman -they cut benefits and incentives where they see fit but increase workloads -you are written up for being ONE MINUTE LATE. If you arrive at 8:01 am, you are automatically written up, no matter what the excuse was -if traffic builds up due to an accident and you are late, you will be written up, even if the accident is verifiable.
