Management including upper management, will lie directly to your face and in emails. Do not trust. If you work there, put everything in writing, print out and keep copies at your home. No one employee, no manager is your friend. They are your co-workers only and will turn on you to save themselves even if you were off that day, you will be blamed. HR is not to be trusted, they are there to protect management ONLY. Do Not ever contact HR. They will turn it on you. Some Management held bankers back from advancing. Upper management allows Branch managers to lie. Goals are unrealistic. Some managers never work holiday weekends nor weeks. Always take off & put same people on to work. Favoritism.
