They have a teller rating system where if you don’t do very well it affects the whole team’s bonus so it’s very stressful and it didn’t help that coworkers would be passive aggressive to you when your score was low and make off comments and not care if you were uncomfortable about asking for ratings. I didn’t like having to beg customers to write a review because I feel like it cheapens your connection with the customers because they’ll think that you’re only nice to get the rating or sell them a product. It’s also very fast paced and they always put new people at the drive thru which is stressful, not to mention it’s always very understaffed and turnover is high with most people leaving after 6 months.
