      Management AND senior management. They're all run by people over 40. There is no room for improvements or new ideas. Their system is so archaic. It's insane. No one wants to improve on the product. Everyone wants to keep the status quo Work hours are not consistent. Have jobs where you should be able to work at home but for some reason they don't want to offer that This company is so behind on the times from the way they treat their employees to the way they talk to the customers
