      Pros

      Historically regions has been good to promote with in thigh that has died off recently

      Cons

      Regions holds “Do the right thing”, “Put People First” and “Enjoy Life as 3 of its 5 pillars. The way it has handled return to the office has been heavy handed, unenpathetic and violating these principles. They care more about butts in seats on specific days than quality of work and employee productivity. Also the implementation on this has been anything but equitable. Many associates are forced to return to office while most if not all coworkers are full remote. Most new hires on our telemarketer have been hired full remote even as associates with 10-20 years of high impact reviews have to return to office

      Pros

      Work hours are flexible and you work from home twice a week, if you like that kind of thing.

      Cons

      Once you get on a PIP, you never get off. Some employees seem to get placed on the program and for whatever reason, they find a reason to keep you on it. You can never shake whatever issue got you on the program in the first place.

      Push products on customers They have a system that ranks your customer service called KDS and if a customer makes an unfounded complaint about you you cannot defend yourself. Risky job
