      Pros

      "Nice" culture can be helpful and collaborative when implemented in the correct way.

      Cons

      Company speaks about culture, employee engagement and leadership as cornerstones of a great place to work but there is true and concerning gap between espousing and practice. There are a lot of great people there and a lot of not so great leadership and leaders making it very hard to do your best work
