Regions encourages you to utilize your strengths within your roles everyday. Regions provides several way to grown and develop within your current role as well as receive peer guidance and input to expand into roles throughout the company. Regions provided resources such as complimentary college degree programs, local Diversity equity and Inclusion Networks to encourage a diverse and engaged environment. Regions also believes in giving back to the local community through a program called "what a difference a day makes" encouraging associates to take a paid day off to give back to their local community and charity interests. The people are engaged and positive and everyone is focused on a work life balance as well as making a difference every day in their roles. I am coming up on my 10th year with Regions and believe coming to work at Regions was the best decision I have made in my career.

Regions really cares about their employees... and that's shown. They do so many associate appreciation things, it's unreal. You get to actually connect with customer's face to face and have meaningful conversations. The bonuses are really good if you are actually a hard worker. The benefits are amazing!
