Pros

Training and medical benefits are good.

Cons

The pay is terrible. Believe the reviews management is a joke. They will speak to you in a condescending manner. Tell you one thing in training, the moment you leave training it’s a different ball game. If you file a complaint HR makes you wait 2-3 business days before they can do anything about it. They expect the same management team you complain about to resolve the issue. The company does not work with integrity after 5 minutes they want you to tell the customer call back or go online. It really is a joke and I am so glad I left and went with a much better job.

Pros

Benefits, 401k, “team” atmosphere with co-workers, creating customer relationships, good training if you’re a self learner.

Cons

There are quite a few-at first I thought this was an amazing opportunity but that changed fairly quickly. Turn over rate at my location was insane, literally 100% ratio from the date I started to my final working date. Upper management is blind to the manipulative behavior that goes on in branch by management. Transparent communication with branch manager was nonexistent. Miscommunications were never addressed in a proper manner, would be told one thing was okay and the next conversation on the same topic, it was no longer okay. Favoritism was a major issue.
