Pros

The benefits are great and inexpensive because there are so many associates. Time off is ample with options to purchase extra vacation time plus all federal holidays. There is a culture of internal promotion and movement for career longevity. The company provides flexibility with remote/flexible work arrangements.

Cons

Most of the pros all depend on what part of the company in which you are working. IE, there is no flexible work arrangement/WFH for branch associates. Your experience really depends on your team and department. Some get promoted and move across departments easily and many times within their tenure which can be perceived as favoritism.

Pros

Work-life is good, benefits are great, people that I work with are awesome!

Cons

Company changes direction in a flash, only follows direction of larger banks like Cap One and Chase. Unrealistic expectations and strong sales environment. Places added pressure on associates to offer products that are not needed by customers.
