Pros

Regions has a phenomenal recruitment process and a very competitive salary compared to other banks in the Southeast. The overall benefits program Everyone I've met in leadership was personable and passionate about their careers, and the same can be said about many of the branch employees I've met. Regions provides a combination of structured online coursework and a virtual classroom environment training program with 4 weeks of "protected learning", enabling new employees to focus on banking policies and procedures with little to no disruption. Continuing ed courses and additional virtual classes over the next few weeks will enhance knowledge alongside shadowing peers and increasingly performing tasks in the assigned role. Great opportunities for growth and success both individually and as a branch team.

Cons

***Not really a "con."*** Branch systems can seem overwhelming and perhaps complicated at first with the numerous courses that are taken, but once you begin to use them in various scenarios, the pieces seem to come together gradually.
