Wish they cared more about the clients they have and not just about making new sales.
Pros
The clients are awesome. My direct boss is just great. The work is very fast paced and you have to be okay with multitasking all the time. This make the day fly by! Bonuses are good and equal about 10% of your annual pay. You get them twice a year (5% + 5%).
Cons
The higher levels of management are only and I mean ONLY sales driven. They do not seem to care at all about retaining customers. The district and regional managers berate the general managers every single day and threaten their jobs if they do not produce sales and leads. I've never seen managers with such poor leadership skills. It is so demeaning and verbally abusive. It's like they lead by bullying and name calling. There are also no raises or promotions unless you want to go into sales. After listening to them harangue their staff every day, nobody is interested in going there. That leaves ZERO chance of promotion. Instead, they pile on responsibilities that the Center Managers were hired to do and make the Center Managers sell 100% of the time. Of course, these added responsibilities do not come with any extra pay. Also, Paid Time Off is one lump amount...sick, vacation, all comes from the same pot. Needless to say, it encourages employees to come in to work deathly sick so as not to use their vacation time.
