Pros

They pay really well and gives yearly raises.

Cons

They're contracted with SNF, and so you might end up at a place where you hate.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience working with Reliant. We're grateful for your positive feedback about our compensation structure and yearly raises - we believe in recognizing and rewarding our team members' contributions and growth. We understand your feedback about SNF facility placement challenges and actively work with our therapists to find the best possible matches. While carefully selecting our partner facilities, we recognize that each location has a unique culture and environment. We encourage our therapists to communicate openly with their managers about their concerns as we strive to find the best matches for our team members whenever possible. We appreciate your positive comments about our management team and your four years of service with us. Thank you for your contributions, and we wish you all the best. The Reliant Rehabilitation Team

Pros

I had a great team

Cons

We were all overworked and underpaid. I even contracted Covid while working in Covid units and never got paid for the time I was required to take off. One of my coworkers had the same problem, and worked to fight Reliant to get paid for her Covid time until she finally got something. I was so proud of her and looking back I wish I did the same.
