Pros

The only pros about the job is my current DOR and fellow therapists. That is a pro regarding my therapy department, not this company.

Cons

My recruiter promised me the world. I chose to go with Reliant because they offered me slightly more than my competing offer. Then several months later, they implement a 8% pay cut. Other therapists in my area report that their companies have not cut pay. While stating that they are cutting pay due to decreased reimbursements from insurance, Reliant is opening new facilities all over the US. They offer you a decent amount of PTO, but don't think you can accrue it or take it when you need it. If you decide to leave the company or are forced into a part-time position, you lose all of your PTO. When you request PTO, you have to submit your request in writing thirty days in advance and if another therapist in your field has also asked for that time off, you are out of luck. HR actually stated that doing away with accrued PTO and decreasing the amount of PTO was in response to therapists’ suggestions. DORs can vary significantly. The one I have now is great, but the last one had her favorite therapists who got first pick of PTO days and patient hours. Complaints to the Regional Director were disregarded and the employees suffered through extreme favoritism until the DOR moved. Read other reviews. This is not just based on one person’s opinion. The therapists are unhappy, but we stay because we are afraid to look for jobs in this economy. If you are already looking for a job, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Pros

There are no pros that I can think of.

Cons

Yesterday, was the final straw...after months of sneaky, back stabbing, unprofessional behavior the regional came in along with with the compliance person. The compliance person immediately went through the office and took down all paperwork relating to Reliant. Went through all drawers etc. We all felt violated by the time they were done. There was no explanation to the DOR other then taking down all the negative papers. Then telling her she was fired for negative influence to the rest of the staff and not liking "Reliant". Their plan is to fire the entire therapy staff which has been together for several years. This is money driven company to work for. As in previous reviews there is no support or positive feed back, only negative. The Christmas candy was a joke...really!! and as with everything else it only lasted a few months. Don't know why we bother writing these reviews, does anyone read them? People are still going to work for this outfit. This company is a snake in the grass...just borderline ethical. The bottom line is their ultimate goal...never taking into consideration that we are at the bottom of the pyramid supporting the top leeches. watch your backs.

Pros

None that I am aware of.

Cons

Human Resources rarely answers the phone. Pay cuts have been implemented. Extra work assignments without compensation. Condesending communication concerning employees without justification.
