THEY SCREWED ME OUT OF MY EARNED PTO PAY!!! They offer a "PTO Buy-Back" program which is supposed to pay you for PTO hours you didn't use BUT IT'S CONDITIONAL, so they don't have to pay you for the time and money you have RIGHTFULLY EARNED. They demand very high productivity (92+% for OTR's, 96+% for COTA's). I've been an OTR for 32 years and this is the ONLY company I've ever worked for that doesn't give ANY HOLIDAY's off with pay!!! That's right, not even Christmas or New Years. They may have competitive pay and benefits but that's about it. They don't provide a rehab tech or transporter for large facilities so be prepared to walk your butt off and deal with the stress of treating up to 15 patients per day.

Unfortunately, as a therapist company servicing over 35 states, we are not able to offer a local office site for every region. However, we do ensure we have a Regional Director of Operation in each area we service, as well as a Regional Vice President, covering each region and making themselves available to be a resource and face-to-face with their team members.

Good relationship with DOR, most therapists I work with are satisfied with their job, lots of different facilities nearby means I always get hours.

Cons

High productivity requirements, pushing groups often even if not appropriate.
