This company doesn't keep their word. They withhold earned PTO.

THEY SCREWED ME OUT OF MY EARNED PTO PAY!!! They offer a "PTO Buy-Back" program which is supposed to pay you for PTO hours you didn't use BUT IT'S CONDITIONAL, so they don't have to pay you for the time and money you have RIGHTFULLY EARNED. They demand very high productivity (92+% for OTR's, 96+% for COTA's). I've been an OTR for 32 years and this is the ONLY company I've ever worked for that doesn't give ANY HOLIDAY's off with pay!!! That's right, not even Christmas or New Years. They may have competitive pay and benefits but that's about it. They don't provide a rehab tech or transporter for large facilities so be prepared to walk your butt off and deal with the stress of treating up to 15 patients per day.
