We appreciate your honest feedback and are thankful you've left a review of your experience working as a DOR for Reliant. We are excited to announce that our new CEO and CPO are working hard to invest back into our employees. Starting July 1, 2024, we will begin offering a 401K match. We invite you to log into the Reliant Link app on your desktop to learn more about this benefit and other additional benefits that will be a part of our new Total Rewards package. It is because of employees like yourself who took the time to answer our survey about the benefits that mean the most to you. Thank you for all that you do for Reliant.

Management Encourages Fraud

Pros

Easy pay negotiation with highest hourly wage in this area.

Cons

Management fully supports & encourages therapists to group 70-80% of caseload the majority of days meaning no individual treatments, limited progress, poor outcomes & increased rehospitalizations. Productivity is pushed so hard it makes you question your morales as a therapist. Watched management undercut multiple FT, valuable therapists & focus on travelers vs. retainment of current employees. I’ve observed multiple travelers get released early from their contracts with little to no notice & the only reason is that management does not know how to manage effectively. Specifically forgetting they’d hired another contractor. BEWARE! Company appears to have no true values, only placing emphasis on their bottom line. Patients are suffering. Your therapists are suffering.
