Pros

Free Food Education in Real Estate

Cons

Dishonest C-Suite. (Note: when I say dishonest I don't mean run-of- the-mill corporate double- speak. I'm talking outright lies without any regard to the employees' well-being). -Dishonest to largest customers -Dishonest to investors

Pros

Market standard compensation Decent Benefits Package Great Product- Really, in the right hands it is a super effective marketing tool

Cons

-0 ethics- I can corroborate everything claimed about their VC-courting practices that have been removed. I do not want to violate Glassdoor ToC's so it will be left at that. -Very socialized management style with clique preferences worn on sleeve instead of being a meritocracy. Most obedient lap dogs get preference. -They purposefully string/strung people along by playing up the fantasy of a great amount of equity only to dilute/convert into less and less promising forms of compensation. It still continues to this day. Let's just say the way they are manipulating the share packages will only ultimately benefit a chosen few (Circa 25 founding emps) at the company. Advice to new hires, DO NOT be fooled and demand everything in writing as they will try to weasel their way out of providing anything legal. -No real culture. Cult-like progressive beliefs are at the core of what drives this company. Pointing out mistakes in business process or suggesting alternative ways of doing business makes you a detractor. -Business model is inherently a 'Land-grab' with no intention of maintaining sustainable long-term plans as evidenced by mass layoff in March. If you are OK with this then by all means take the job, however, if you are looking for a place to depend upon, not the place for you. - Not really a con but for some odd reason all the middle-management have California valley accents even though they hail from the mid-Atlantic. - Breathless environment- Current CEO/Former CFO suggested people take less time off from the already sweatshop-like conditions

Pros

Opportunity to make a great product

Cons

Product development resources are not focused and each product has many features, some not essential... many small problems affect each product
