Misrepresented management from most managers and especially the executive team. There is constant favoritism across all levels and it's very apparent. Company meetings are referred to around the office as "fake news." Senior employees keep leaving with out explanation. HR doesn't address any concerns. C Level executives are very vague and use of profanity in an office setting is never acceptable.

Gladiators were often condemned slaves and the c-suite threw around the terms "gladiator" and "arena" in concerning demonstrations of their mentality. The remaining founders were unfocused, poorly unified, and overconfident in their expertise. The original CEO was at least a better representative of the company's real opportunity. It often seemed like the c-suite was more interested in being "in the arena" with companies like Zillow than in growing legitimate business.
