Pros

The people 100%. Though many are now gone. The product vision was good, customers were excited, employees willing to put in crazy hours together.

Cons

The remaining C level executives. Dishonest and supremely selfish. Ask people to work super long hours with promises of success, then lay off half the company. Twice.

Pros

Used to be great. Awesome CTO, who left. I cannot say it wasn't a fun place to work out despite the many overtime hours.

Cons

They don't care about the people. Very young company overall and not able to grow past 'start-up' mentality. I was the lead qa when i left a year ago and was asked to return, only to get fired a few months later. They just laid off 38 folks so going to say financially maybe not the best at the moment? Who knows? Just so unfortunate. Personally, I had a good job and took a paycut (crazy) to come back because the culture used to be so great.
