I assure you that we DEEPLY care about immigrants, that in our high-growth environment there are many ways to learn and grow, and that we want this to be a place where everyone's voice matters. I also want to briefly respond to your comment on D&I. This is the first time we've hired a full-time dedicated D&I Director and making that investment is quite unique for a company our size. We are excited for this senior level person to partner with our passionate D&I Guild in building programs and helping drive ongoing systemic change. We want to embed equality even more deeply into our DNA now, so we can scale globally across many cultures as we continue to grow.
