The culture here is the biggest pro, everyone is open & supportive. It's also important to me that the product is actually helping people & the CEO truly cares about this mission.

Cons

The current building (always freezing) - luckily we're moving to a new space!

Pros

Remitly challenges you everyday. You have a chance to be the best employee you can be. This is by far the most rewarding job I've had. We get to make a real difference in peoples lives. Plus, We have an office full of delicious snacks, beware of the kitchen, it will become your best friend and your worst enemy.

Cons

While we are in the late stage, we are still a start up. There are still everyday challenges to face. However, everyone is willing to work with you to come up with a solution.
