blah no micromanagement at all good vactaion time off

Cons

Other brand new techs being hired at a higher pay rate than those that have held the position for over 6 years... new guys dont know how to troubleshoot, they just replace a part that is what they think is bad. They dont know how to use a multimeter, hire them off the street and refuse to give raises to their senior guys.

HR team is extended toxic and full of nepotism. They are not there to help, just to do whatever the non-existent CEO says

A new executive leader was appointed and the HR leadership team rebuilt. The HR team as a whole is relatively new within the last 2 years. We regret to hear that your experience with the prior team was not positive.

The union sucks and the company lie about everything. They don’t care about your personal life and under paid for everything.
