Amazing experience in every department as far as trauma, critical care, ER, postpartum, specialties

Cons

Although it’s the largest hospital where you gain the most experience and work the hardest....it’s the lowest paying hospital in the Northern Nevada area. Too many politics. So many travelers due to high turn over. Upper management treats you like your disposable. Would rather higher another new grad right behind you that they can pay less than have experienced nurses.

They get rid of good people. They can't communicate well. Their respect among leadership and staff is little to none. Seek jobs elsewhere. Untrustworthy from the recent news articles.
