Decent pay and good benefits

Cons

Understaffed, overworked, no budget to hire more employees, treat employees like they're disposable which in turn forces people to quit. Fires hard workers for idiotic reasons and keeps incompetent people. Ridiculous policies that cause inadequate patient care. The bottom line is money not taking care of patients.

My colleagues were brilliant, kind-hearted and fun. Close to Tahoe.

Cons

Run down offices, poor IT infrastructure, catty environment with drama, never executed anything well, poor decision making as made evident by their inability to properly staff, retain staff, and avoid laying staff off. Senior leadership are absolutely miserable to work for, all pomp without the circumstance.
