      Pros

      Great employees and benefits. They work hard to support the staff.

      Cons

      Poor communication and lack of direction. They do not empower middle management to lead and support the culture changes that are needed.

      High leadership turnover and leadership disconnect between vision and goals and actual operations.

      Pros

      I love working with my patients and helping them meet their goals. I love working with my co-workers. We often refer to and treat each other like family.

      Cons

      The management has little to no problem solving skills. They only have the jobs they have because of time on the job or are friends with people higher up in management. They have poor attitudes and don't possess the skills to complete their jobs.
