Renown Health reviews

There is so much instability working for Renown. Turnover is really high in every department, I have never seen so many people come and go anywhere I have ever worked. This is a company that likes to save money by making one person perform the work of 2 or 3 people. You work so hard only to be picked on over every small detail, and people get fired real easily. There is also so much drama that causes job loss. This is just not somewhere to make a career, you can easily lose everything you worked hard for, it happens constantly.

I'm a new employee at la. And I hate that there's no help for new people since we're so short staffed. Morning run is so way too much work for a couple of people and since pretty much everyone is running around. There's no one to help me if I need it or to train on different ways to do my job correctly and sufficiently. I was told that there was one girl from lab that worked graveyard that used to train new people but she quit ugh i wonder why!!!! I'm actively looking for another job as this job sucks and management is not helping as they ignore my request for help.
