Renown pays more than their competitors for this position. I've received yearly increases and have had the opportunity to work in multiple departments as Renown allows you to change positions every 6 months if you're interested in working in another capacity. I've learned a lot here and will continue my education and employment with Renown.

Cons

Leadership/management is different on every unit. One floor will have different policies with scheduling and days off.

I love a lot of my colleagues, the staff is great. Flexibility in scheduling is nice. Its a pretty tight knit community.

Cons

Leadership, as with most hospitals. They really only care about profits. Staffing/patient ratios are hard sometimes. The patient population can be tough with so many rural communities and substance abuse here.
