anything beyond the first year- old management was swept out new ones brought in- no work and having to use PTO to fill in the gaps. crap scheduling even worse management. If you wanna be involved with some shady business go ahead and apply.

Things are always changing at Renown - trying to better our culture, improve processes, etc.

Cons

Very little time is given between changes. We barely have time to figure out how to work with one change when everything is changing again. Because of that, we can’t really tell if one change was effective or not.
