Great co workers and benefits . Good food. Pay is decent . Some of the leaders are excellent . Secure employment if you are a good worker.

Cons

Hard to get ahead . Pay increases could be better . Lots of times it is super stressful . Most times you got to take on more than is really possible . Burn out factor is huge .
