      This hospital has great technology and some of the most advanced patient care services in the area. There is room for movement within the organization.

      Cons

      Cut many benefits such as 401k matching and child health insurance subsidies. This environment is generally hostile to new RN's and generally not tolerant to minorities/women or diversity.
