There aren't a lot of Pros I can give for Renown.

Cons

It's a large medical system, and the only one in the region. They know this and they know employees don't have too many other options in healthcare for this area, so they treat us like factory workers. Management pretends to care, but when they ask for the yearly survey, if they get back answers they don't like, there are reprimands. You are a number to Renown Health and easily expendable.
