      Pros

      Renuity offers a friendly, team-oriented culture with solid benefits in many cases, and there are real opportunities for growth if you’re adaptable.

      Cons

      The merging between companies is a headache. A lot of changes happen at once, and it can get confusing or slow things down.

      Pros

      The company I was actually hired by was a fabulous place to work...then along came Renuity. There are no positives working for Renuity.

      Cons

      Everything. Renuity and their young People Ops team have destroyed the culture of the company they took over. One of many. Apparently they felt that inheriting employees above a certain age was something that wasn't going to be allowed to.happen for Renuity. I've watched countless, loyal, dedicated, employees, part of this operation long before Renuity get let go en masse due to their age. They pretty up the reason, their favorite is "consolidation", yet, they aren't eliminating duplicate roles, they are rehiring for them, with less experienced, albeit cheaper, but, blindingly much younger employees. If you are of a certain age and were part of a company that Renuity got their unclean paws on, start looking.
